Winter is just around the corner so to eliminate those cold wind drafts, to restore a beautiful view of the city’s skyline, or may be just to get those Windows cleaned! Winter Storage is the perfect solution.

Our winter storage special includes:
Careful removal of the unit including side panels, brackets etc.

• Vacuum the unit, install new polyurethane filter(clean reusable filter)
• Check all the wiring and electrical components for the proper functioning.
• Lubricate the motor and adjust the thermostat etc.
• After winter we reinstall the air conditioner making sure that it is properly sealed against showers
and thunder storms.

The prices for lower mount air conditioners in double hung windows are as follows:
Most units below 18,000 BTU                     $ 259 + tax
Most 18,000 BTU units and above               $ 289 + tax

Most upper mount units will be $30 + tax extra. Reinstallation will be done in the same window using the
same panels, brackets and other hardware.

Front covers, panels, bars, remote controls and legs will be properly packed
in plastic bags and will be stored with the customer.

Call early to reserve the most convenient time for pick-up.

Note : There will be an additional charge of $ 5 + tax per day for units installed after May 15, 2010.
Local Law 11 of 1998(LL/98) mandates the periodic inspection of the exterior Walls and appurtenances of buildings greater than six stories in height.
